TVP
The Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) aims to support local enterprises and organizations in adopting technological services and solutions to enhance productivity or upgrade and transform their business processes. There are no industry restrictions for applications, making it accessible to businesses across all sectors, with funding of up to HK$600,000. Inspirr Creation has assisted over 100 small and medium-sized enterprises in handling their application cases.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be non-listed companies registered in Hong Kong with substantive business operations in the region.

Funding Amount
Under the 3:1 matching principle (i.e., for every $1 contributed by the enterprise, the government contributes $3), the maximum funding per application is HK$100,000. Each enterprise is eligible for up to HK$800,000 in total funding, with a maximum government contribution of HK$600,000.

Scope of Funding
The grant can be used to cover expenses for customized equipment/hardware, software, technological services or solutions, and (optionally) engaging technology consultancy services. For more information on eligible expenditures, please contact us for details.

Project Implementation Period
The maximum project duration is 12 months. Upon completion, a final report and supporting documentation must be submitted to verify the fulfillment of all project deliverables.

Application Process
The Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) accepts applications year-round. After submission, the Innovation and Technology Commission conducts an initial assessment of the documents and may request additional information or clarifications from the applicant as necessary. The current approval process typically exceeds nine months.
